Validate Your Ownership Of A Taproot Asset

Validate a Taproot Asset in 30 seconds

To validate a taproot asset, currently you need to be running tapd.

Then, go to the taproot assets explorer, and search for the asset you want to validate.

Scroll to the bottom of the page, click the "Validate My Ownership" button.

Copy the full CLI command that is offered.

Paste the command into your terminal, and run it.

You will see an output like

Copy ONLY the proof_with_witness value (just the long string of hex text), and paste it into the "Paste proof_with_witness value here" field on the taproot assets explorer page.
